KOS is a health-focused brand
created by Pixie Platter .Co., Ltd. , a company that produces and distributes ready-to-drink beverages. It began with Thailand’s first Pluchea Indica Kombucha, made from Pluchea Indica leaves found around Songkhla Lake.
The project is a collaboration with two local communities:

Ecotourism Songkhla Thailand, which helped preserve and add value to traditional Pluchea Indica Roasted Tea methods using local herbs.

Uncle Jim’s Community Enterprise, which developed the fermented tea beverage.
We further enhanced the product by incorporating Songkhla’s signature fruits into a variety of flavors, promoting both the local economy and identity.
Pixie Platter Co., Ltd. aims to make good health accessible by offering Thailand’s first Pluchea Indica Kombucha , 100% natural, high quality, and affordable.

Ecotourism Songkhla Thailand was the first to recognize the unique benefits of the Pluchea Indica herb found near Songkhla Lake. Though valuable, this herb had little commercial use, until the community turned it into tea.
Using local wisdom, the tea is hand-roasted to enhance its aroma and preserve the natural health benefits of the Pluchea Indica leaves.
Innovation takes it further, from tea to Kombucha. The tea is fermented with probiotics, then carefully bottled and pasteurized to become KOS Pluchea Indica Kombucha, Thailand’s first of its kind.
Now, customers can enjoy a refreshing drink that delivers the health benefits of Pluchea Indica and probiotics that support gut health. Each bottle also helps generate sustainable income for the local community.
